Should you have an urgent concern or feel like it can’t or really shouldn’t wait, then we are available to help from home via a televisit.
We would rather you call us directly from the comfort of your home rather than visit a stranger in a busy clinic.
Avoid the ice, the traffic, the long lines, and the risk of contagion; and call us if you need something that shouldn’t wait.
We are serious when we say that “your health is important to you and how that is managed is important to us”.
Call us on the after hours number on the back of your membership card.
If it needs a prescription or a new diagnosis, we may need to convert that to a televisit, which can happen immediately.
