If you come in during the week expect to wait an unknown amount of time as we are primarily a primary care clinic and they do take priority.  You will not be seen as a walk-in medical exam during the week. On Saturdays, we can prioritize you and your needs.

We need your: first and last name, date of birth, the country you’re from, phone number or email address, and what language you speak/Spanish interpreter needs. Dr. Bradburn speaks Spanish. If you speak another language, you will need to bring an interpreter.

Traveling for appointment
If you’re traveling for your appointment, please let us know. We will do our best to work with your schedule and minimize travel time.

HepB $90, MMR $150, Tdap $80, Polio $90
If you have insurance, it will be cheaper elsewhere. We need documentation of the above vaccines, no matter where or how you get them.

You paid for these labs with your exam fee, there will be no fee as long as you go to Quest.

Expect 3-5 days for your lab results to come in.  If everything looks normal with your lab results, then you won’t hear from us.  We will only reach out about lab results if there is something of note.  No news is good news.

When will my paperwork be ready?

It takes about two weeks on average for your paperwork to be finished. Please consult the handout you left your appointment with; there will be an expected date on it. This is subject to change based on: how quickly you get your labs and necessary vaccines, and the lab results. You can come pick up your finished paperwork anytime on Saturdays.
